RETURN/EXCHANGE
We offer a hassle-free return policy for purchases at Innovatis Hong Kong Online Shop. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 7 days from delivery.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Innovatis Online Shop. For purchases made at any offline sales point such as our Salon partner, please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain a return.

Guidelines as below:

You may return the item bought to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

For all returns, the item must be presented in its original packaging, in the same unopened and unused condition that you received them.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund items purchases on sale.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

To proceed with a return or exchange:
Please reach out to customer service via cs@innovatishk.com  or by phone at +852 9737 8303 (whatsapp available), and send your item(s) to: Rm 1101, 11/F, CRE Centre, No.889 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Our Customer Service will request for the following information for verification:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity which need to be refunded
- Reason for refund

Return Confirmation & Receive a Refund/Exchange

We highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service with insurance. After we receive the returned goods, we will evaluate and contact you to arrange a refund/exchange. The refund will be returned to your payment account. The time required will vary depending on the card-issuing bank. Please check with your card issuing bank for details.

For exchange, we will notify you via email and will be in touch again once your exchange order is ready for dispatch.

If there is any dispute, Innovatis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
