Innovatis Caviar Anti-Age Shampoo with Collagen is composed of a cocktail of active principles of high cosmetics. Its result is immediate and improves wash after wash, giving the hair softness, nutrition, hydration and bringing it back to its natural splendor. Its bonding of Vitamin E, Pro-Vitamin B5, collagen and caviar extract, rebuilds and repairs the hair in a single treatment. Included it in the regular washing routine maintains and improves the results obtained with any salon treatment of the Luxury Care line.
Innovatis Caviar Anti-Age Conditioner Cream with Collagen imparts moisture and nutrition to the hair. Caviar extract repairs, revitalizes and restructures broken keratin bonds giving the hair a silky, shiny and disciplined effect. Ideal for normal or natural hair.
How to use:
- Caviar Anti-Age Shampoo: Apply to damp hair and massage. Rinse thoroughly.
- Caviar Anti-Age Cream:
Intensive Care: apply to washed and towel-dried hair and hold for 2-5 minutes. Then wash off 80% of the hair cream with cool water. Dry your hair with a hair dryer and then use a hair straightener to attach the product to your hair.
Routine care: apply to washed towel dry hair for 2-5 minutes, then rinse hair completely and adjust as usual.

We offer a hassle-free return policy for purchases at Innovatis Hong Kong Online Shop. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 7 days from delivery.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Innovatis Online Shop. For purchases made at any offline sales point such as our Salon partner, please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain a return.

You may return the item bought to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
For all returns, the item must be presented in its original packaging, in the same unopened and unused condition that you received them.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund items purchases on sale.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Our Customer Service will request for the following information for verification:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity which need to be refunded
- Reason for refund
Return Confirmation & Receive a Refund/Exchange
We highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service with insurance. After we receive the returned goods, we will evaluate and contact you to arrange a refund/exchange. The refund will be returned to your payment account. The time required will vary depending on the card-issuing bank. Please check with your card issuing bank for details.
For exchange, we will notify you via email and will be in touch again once your exchange order is ready for dispatch.
If there is any dispute, Innovatis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
