Innovatis Caviar Anti-Age Deep Mask nourishes and moisturizes the hair, providing a silky effect, and returning its natural shine. Its high nutritional power and the combination of its ingredients, allows an immediate and intense result. Enriched with shea butter, collagen and caviar extract. Enriched with Omega 3 Fatty Acid and Vitamin C with a high repairing power of the hydrolipid film and restorative for the cuticle. Ideal for dry or treated hair. Ideal for dry or treated hair.
How to use: Apply to pre-washed hair, leave in for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. For more intense results, use with Innovatis Luxury Care Series Shampoo and Hair Leave Spray.

We offer a hassle-free return policy for purchases at Innovatis Hong Kong Online Shop. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 7 days from delivery.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Innovatis Online Shop. For purchases made at any offline sales point such as our Salon partner, please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain a return.

You may return the item bought to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
For all returns, the item must be presented in its original packaging, in the same unopened and unused condition that you received them.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund items purchases on sale.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Our Customer Service will request for the following information for verification:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity which need to be refunded
- Reason for refund
Return Confirmation & Receive a Refund/Exchange
We highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service with insurance. After we receive the returned goods, we will evaluate and contact you to arrange a refund/exchange. The refund will be returned to your payment account. The time required will vary depending on the card-issuing bank. Please check with your card issuing bank for details.
For exchange, we will notify you via email and will be in touch again once your exchange order is ready for dispatch.
If there is any dispute, Innovatis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
